File exchange systems
We use a very simple technology to automate all communication processes with the customer.
We provide our customers with FTP mailboxes, where the customer leaves their instruction files and where we will leave the answers that the customer requests.
The files to be exchanged can be in .txt file tab or in .csv format, which can be used to send documents any management program.
