1.Transparency

We want to make available to the customer all the information so that autonomously and unassisted can monitor our activity being informed at any time wherever they are.

We provide the customer with a link with code and password on our website from which they can:

Check stocks, differentiating the available stock of the real
See the status of incoming and outgoing operations
Monitor receipt of Refunds
Control traceability of shipments from a single platform, wherever the carrier chosen for shipment.
Download all the information consulted in Excel format

2.Remove administrative tasks

We intend to have a technological relationship with the client to avoid duplication of tasks that do not provide value and that to be done manually can cause errors.

Therefore, we are able to automate communications in the processes of orders entry and exit of goods.

We are also ready to do the rapports that the customer needs and automate the response.

3.Technological integration

Give the possibility to the customer to integrate in its technological structure to optimize processes and reduce administrative costs:

Receive instructions in an automated way from any software of the customer (ERP, web e-commerce, CRM, ...)
Give automatic response to compliance with the customer's instructions in order to incorporate them from being unattended to their software

Provide value added services to our customer as:

Packing list making with details of the contents of each box in reverse order to fall of the product
Creation of the delivery note from our system in its format and with its logo

File exchange systems

We use a very simple technology to automate all communication processes with the customer.

We provide our customers with FTP mailboxes, where the customer leaves their instruction files and where we will leave the answers that the customer requests.

The files to be exchanged can be in .txt file tab or in .csv format, which can be used to send documents any management program.
