Quality control

Control of quality of all kinds of products.

The drawbacks about sending NOK products or in bad conditions are not only financial. It is something that also affects the image of companies in a negative way and so they become an obstacle to the loyalty of clients and the mouth to ear promotion.

The participation of Vifra in the last steps of the distribution process is of great strategic value as the very same company can carry out a last control of quality just before the shipment or distribution either to retailers or the final client.

The control of quality service that Logística Vifra offers consist of sorting out goods to identify manufacturing flaws, rust, wrong measures, burr, defective plastic injection, etc and to separate the OK parts from the NOK ones prior to their final delivery.

This last control of quality is highly recommendable as it allows to spot flaws in the products which could have been caused by wrong codification, bad manufacturing or excessively long and inadequate storage.

The control of quality can be carried out either at Logística Vifra's premises or at the client's. Moreover, Logística Vifra can also deal with the reverse logistics of the NOK parts, despite proceeding to recovery, destruction or recycling.
