Vifra offers an easy, efficient and safe solution to all those companies and entities which manage or generate a great deal of documentation that must be kept for some time. The main users of these service are administrative agencies and official Colleges which must preserve a great deal of documentation which will not have to be used for long periods of time and which are generally preserved just in case they might be required at any given moment.

The service of files and data background management includes the collection of the documentation at the client's premises, the transport of the files to the warehouse, the classification and the storage. Whenever the client asks for a part of the file or even the whole documentation, Vifra will take it back to their premises as required. In case the documentation is of no longer use, Vifra can also proceed to its destruction which will be legally proved by applicable certification.
